A directive. A reminder to myself: keep talking. Keep writing. I’ve been known to clam up or shut down at times, but this is an instruction.

Every time you type my URL, you’re also reminding me to say words. Sometimes it helps when I hear it from somebody else.

Courtney Myrden

I'm Courtney! I'm a 26-year-old queer writer from Waterdown, Ontario, Canada. In 2018 I received a Bachelor’s of English with Honours from McMaster University in Hamilton. I'm very passionate about stories - if you ask my parents, they'll tell you I was making up stories to go with my toys just about as soon as I could string a sentence together, and reading books at a rate they could hardly keep track of. Today I have an endless appetite for stories in all forms: books, film, television, cartoons, comics, video games (even though I'm terrible at them)... anything I can get my hands on.

There must be a hundred stories I'm already itching to tell, and I see new ones on the horizon all the time. I hope you'll enjoy hearing them.
